Until now YIBU has more than 250 people,with 25-year-old.The founder, Mr Zha Guocai devotes research, manufacture, production and business of drying equipment for over thirty years, holds the post of Deputy Director-General of China Drying Equipment Association for a long time.The company pays much attention to science and technology renovation. First or later, it has cooperated with the institutes that are Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing and so on, and cooperated with Shenyang Chenmical Institute, Ministry of Chemical Industry, Qinghua University, Shanghai Transporation University, Dalian Science and Technology University. Therefore the company can put 3-5 new varieties into the market every year. In 1998, through approval of state relevant departments, the company set up China Research Center of Drying and Granulating, that can research new process and develop new technology and provide new products for pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff industries. We have many testing machine in our lab for to make trials for clients.

1. The structure is reasonable, adopting double hoisting devices, motor rotation, flexible coupler. The performance is stable, the upkeep and maintenance and simpler, and there's no problem of leakage.

Adopt programmed control system, technical parameters setting system, machine stops system for safety, automatic accurate positioning system, operation, and automatic record printing system, that fully meet processing equipment of pharmaceutical companies. Fully automatic production is realized, and the operation is very simple.

3. To ensure the quality of the machine, we adopt outsourcing parts with high quality for this machine.

4. Equipped with fine manufactured hopper that fully meet the requirements of GMP, no residues of discharge, and it's easy for cleaning or washing.

5. We supply series product for material conveying. It forms advanced process together with the hopper mixing machine.

6.Is there any standard of electronic systems?

YES ,The electronic systems and their safety should comply with the requirements set forth in 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP Annex 11; The data should be collected at appropriate time intervals and stored in the system in a fixed format that can be printed out/read;

Access to all input and output values should be provided by entering the user personal code and password. The system should ensure three-level access (Administrator-Supervisor-Operator). A detailed description of the access rights for each level should be included to the equipment functional specification (FS);
